Jamal Kaileh

Jamal Kaileh is a Houston-based construction and real estate operator whose career has been built around launching, scaling, and running companies in the built environment. He currently serves as a partner at Theta Group Development, where he oversees the construction division, and at Founders Investment Group, where he leads operations.

Jamal Kaileh’s experience is concentrated in concrete and infrastructure, commercial construction, and real estate development. He was a partner at Leveled Concrete, a Houston-based concrete-repair company acquired by Groundworks in 2025, and previously held operational and senior project-management roles at Rise Construction. Across these roles, his focus has been operational: building teams, managing construction and field operations, and guiding projects from site selection through delivery.

His commercial construction work has included ground-up development for national retail and automotive-service brands expanding into the Houston market, alongside residential and mixed-use real estate projects. He approaches each with an emphasis on execution, cost discipline, and long-term value rather than short-term results.

Jamal Kaileh began his career in the United States Navy, serving from 1994 to 1998. He later trained at Tulsa Welding School in 2015, grounding his construction career in hands-on trade experience before moving into ownership and operational leadership.

Today, Jamal Kaileh continues to develop and operate construction and real estate ventures in and around Houston, working alongside partners and investors on projects across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
